I usually think about it in terms of education vs. persuasion vs. coercion, but your list slices the distinctions more finely. And outside of meaning "finding other means of support after this grant is up," I admit that I have a hard time understanding what people mean by the term "sustainability." :-) This is a very nice way to organize the different approaches to social change.
